Financial and other policies related to trash service
In 2019 a supermajority of the property owners voted in favor of having neighborhood wide trash service with the option to add recycling. BestWay is the service provider. If you have issues with your service, you may contact the Board or call BestWay at 719-633-8709.
For the 2020 service year, trash costs $178 and recycling costs $73 and these fees will be collected with dues.
