The covenants state that any exterior change (even in the back yard!) requires approval of the Board of Directors. This can include:
- modifying landscaping
- painting your home or fence a new color
- expanding your deck or patio
- replacing your roof with a roof of new color or material
- building a shed
Before you spend money on your project, or begin work, please consult with the Board to see if your project requires approval. We are friendly and want to approve your home improvement project. Randi, Darryl, Mitzi, and Jeff can all assist you in putting together a complete architectural review submittal that can be reviewed and approved quickly.
Like for like replacements are considered maintenance and do not require Board approval.
