To pay your annual dues and trash fees, please see your individual statement. You should have received it in your email on of before January 2, 2021. There are detailed in instructions with the invoice for paying online through a direct bank transfer. Please remit payment by February 1, 2020. Late fees will be assessed if dues are not paid by March 1, 2020. If you would like to divide your payment in two portions, the second half of your statement is due July 1, 2021. There is a convenience fee of $7.50.

A typical breakdown of dues is as follows:
- Base dues – $290 (same as 2020)
- Insurance – $39 (same as 2020)
- Trash service – $178 (same as 2020)
- Optional recycling service – $99 (increase of $26 from 2020)
- Total for Trash Only = $507
- Total for Trash + Recycling = $606
